Ms. Rubin focuses her practice on Labor Law, civil appeals and attorney ethics. She has worked on matters ranging from professional liability (plaintiff and defense), representing injured plaintiffs as well as attorneys, physicians, nurses and hospitals and has briefed complex issues related to labor law, products liability, mass torts, insurance coverage and environmental matters. Ms. Rubin was the primary motion and appellate attorney for plaintiffs’ liaison counsel in the In re: World Trade Center Disaster Site litigations before the USDC-SDNY from 2004 to 2014. She has lectured on pharmaceutical products liability, environmental and appellate practice and was previously a Principal Court Attorney to the Hon. Karla Moskowitz (Ret.); she serves as a member of the Professional Ethics Committee of the New York City Bar Association and has been honored as a New York Metro SuperLawyer® from 2012-2018.
